Tension Release Exercises works with the autonomic nervous system and the physical body, helping an individual complete their stress response. That’s right – most people begin a stress response and for a variety of reasons, they are unable to complete the body’s natural way to discharge stress.
The TRE exercises trigger the natural shaking that we see in animals after they encounter a threat. Releasing stress is not a mental process; it is neurogenic.
Because of our sedentary lifestyle and cultural programming, we are taught not to shake or cry and to just “suck it up”. The shaking initiated by doing TRE comes from the nervous system.

To comply with the latest re-opening protocols, Certified TRE Provider Ho Kah Keh will offer individual and group sessions. $100 per person for 3 sessions. This 3-session programme is to be completed within 6 weeks.

Kah Keh will cover the basic mechanics of stress, how TRE helps, and how to do the TRE exercises. He will lead you through the exercises and work with you to deepen this simple way to release stress and tension from the body.
