Mind-Body Studies (MBS) workshop series
(based Moshe Feldenkrais Method)
Our spine is one of the most important structure in our body. It carries our spinal cord. It provides the support for our abdomen and our head.
Happy Spine brings awareness to the various parts of your spine; neck, thoracic, lumbar, sacrum and your tail bone. The idea is to become aware of its inter-connection and relational function. The clear benefit is the distribution of workload during daily functional movement which leads to less fatigue and improved mobility and flexibility.
This workshop will often relieve neck, shoulder and lower back aches and pains.
The approach in this workshop is gentle and within the range of comfort and ease. It will help you to re-pattern some of your movements and or postures to optimise functionality.
Open to: Everyone (max 12 pax)

Fees: $600 for all 5 workshops or $140 for single workshops
