Pilates Matwork Workshop

Pilates offers a bridge between mind and body, between everyday life and optimal performance, and between rehabilitation and healthy movement. With a focus on core stability, including pelvic and shoulder girdle stabilization, neural alignment and breathing, the Stott Pilates methods of exercises also help restore the natural curves of the spine, relieve tension and re-establish self confidence.
15 minutes introduction to the Stott Pilates Method
75 minutes Pilates exercises
