Jin Shin Jyutsu (JSJ) is a healing art from Japan that balances body, mind and spirit.
Fundamental to JSJ is the belief that our body already has the wisdom to tend towards harmony if appropriately supported.
Gentle touch at specific parts of the body respond to what is heard during pulse listening, to help support the body to return to a state of balance. This therapy can bring a profound sense of being held and provides a sense of deep rest both during the session and after.
JSJ can also bring relief for insomnia, chronic imbalances, and aches and pains in the body.
During a session, the client lies on a massage table and remains fully clothed. This is not a massage. Simple self-help practices are provided for clients to use in between sessions.
