Inner Flow Therapy

Based on Jin Shin Jyutsu and a variety of other energy healing modalities Inner Flow therapy is a gentle, non-intrusive form of balancing the body’s energy in order to redress the imbalance between physical, emotional, and psychological energy and support the body’s innate self-healing abilities.

Jin Shin Jyutsu itself can either be administered by a trained practitioner or it can be learned as a self help or self healing technique. The principle of practicing on oneself is not only seen as a physical means to release physical and emotional blockages but helps the individual to know and understand themselves better.

Safety Energy Locks And The Flow Of Energy
There are 26 safety energy locks that are located at various points on the body and found along energy pathways. When one of these paths becomes blocked it means that the energy in that pathway pools and fails to spread fully throughout the body and mind. This leads to physical complaints and to emotional problems. Reconnecting particular energy locks frees the energy so that it can flow properly throughout the body again restoring balance in every aspect of life.

Simple But Effective Energy Balance
Where acupuncture and other holistic therapies rely on the use of 300 or more points in the body, Inner Flow Therapy is surprisingly simple but highly effective. It is an entirely non-invasive process and does not require massage or manipulation. Instead, the practitioner places their fingers over clothing and on the appropriate energy locks on the body enabling energy to flow freely once again.

Relaxing And Beneficial
The entire experience of Inner Flow Therapy is aimed to be relaxing and peaceful and by visiting a trained practitioner it helps to relax the mind and body as well.
