Chi Nei Tsang with Pla Neuman

Chi Nei Tsang means “internal organs chi transformation” and is an ancient healing touch therapy from China. First used by Taoist monks to detoxify, energize and strengthen their bodies, CNT is available for us today to improve our mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

Based on Taoist and Thai medical practices, Chi Nei Tsang is taught by the renowned Master Mantak Chia at his center, Tao Gardens, in Chiang Mai Thailand and worldwide. It is based on the understanding that all of our energy centers are generated and/or balanced in the abdomen. This is especially true for digestion, metabolism and emotional blockages. Abdominal congestion impacts our overall health and well-being.

Low-vibrational emotions, stress, inappropriate diet, and other ineffective lifestyle choices can create energetic blockages that can show up as knots in the stomach. As a result, organ function is compromised and energy flow is diminished.

Chi Nei Tsang, through internal organ massage, helps to release toxins, transform the blocks and awaken a person’s innate ability to heal. This therapy is appropriate for everyone, from an infant to the elderly as blocked chi can manifest as colic, headaches, back pain, unprocessed emotions, worry, and stress.

Lymphatic Drainage Therapy uses a light touch and gentle rhythmic strokes to stimulate the lymphs to enhance their detoxification function. While we have many lymph nodes in the body, the primary ones are located in the armpits, neck, and groin. This therapy improves immunity and can help with migraines, tinnitus, scar tissue, eczema, swelling from injury, and self-healing.

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy works very gently with the structures of the central nervous system and the energetic flows within and through the body to improve overall health by improving the function of the craniosacral system. It can help with chronic stress, head and spine trauma, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, sleep problems and energetic blocks, among other conditions.

Its goal is maximizing movement of the cerebrospinal fluid that circulates around the brain and spinal cord, bringing nourishment to the tissues and helping to eliminate metabolic waste products.
