Diana Ng believes that the mind, body and emotions each has an inter-related role to play in our return to a sense of wholeness and integrity. She blends her years of yoga practice and studies in different movement traditions, with her training in a variety of energy and bodywork modalities.
She is a trained yoga teacher in hatha, yin and five elements based yoga, and has been a practitioner of somatic movement, qigong, active meditation and dance for over a decade.
She is a certified Trauma Release Exercise (TRE) provider and Jin Shin Jyutsu practitioner, and has also trained in Usui Reiki, EFT, Craniosacral Therapy and Focusing, amongst other modalities. Gentleness and groundedness form the foundation of her space-holding, and she believes in resourcing clients to reconnect and trust in the wisdom of their body.
Jin Shin Jyutsu (JSJ) is a healing art from Japan that balances body, mind and spirit. Fundamental to JSJ is the belief that our body already has the wisdom to tend towards harmony if appropriately supported. Gentle touch at specific parts of the body respond to what is heard during pulse listening, to help support the body to arrive at a state of balance. This therapy can bring a profound sense of being held, and provides a sense of deep rest both during the session and after. It can also bring relief for insomnia, chronic imbalances, and aches and pains in the body. Simple self-help practices are provided for clients to use in between sessions.
* Clients remain fully clothed
