Looking for ways to be deliciously healthy? Looking to lose weight, have increased energy, or improve your complexion, this series of five raw & living food workshops is a great starting point.

Join us in a series of intro level classes and discover the health benefits of raw, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, low glycemic, living food cuisine.

Learn to prepare foods that taste good! Discover that raw foods is much more than salad! Learn how to create quick and easy mouth-watering recipes for optimum health, energy and rejuvenation. We will cover breakfast, main meals, snacks, breads and desserts.

You will come away from these workshops with a good understanding of the basics of raw foods and you will be able to apply the knowledge to integrating more raw foods into your diet and to prepare healthy delicious meals for yourself and others.

Tasting is believing and the workshops will include recipe demonstrations and tasting and recipes to take home. Prepare your tastebuds for sheer delight!

All ingredients used are plant-based, unprocessed, free of gluten, wheat, dairy, refined sugar and preservatives.

Learn to use the dehydrator and create your own snack creations. Food dehydration is simple! Dehydrated fruits and veggies have intense flavours and foods retain their nutritional value and maintain water soluble vitamins and minerals.

What are Raw and Living Foods?
Raw and living foods are foods that haven’t been cooked/heated above 46 degrees centigrade or artificially preserved. It’s essentially pure, fresh, vibrant, enzyme-rich, oxygen-rich, unadulterated, whole organic living food. And if replanted, it would grow new life.

Living Food Cuisine is the art of preparing plant-based fruits and vegetables, nuts, seeds and sprouts, fresh or under low heat temperatures and turning them into delicious soups, smoothies, appetisers, mains, snacks and desserts.

Preparing food this way preserves the maximum nutrient of the food including enzymes, vitamins and minerals and phytonutrients. You can literally taste and feel the life force in the food as it imparts that to your cells and your body.

Why a Raw & Living food diet?
A well-managed raw and living diet can contribute to weight control, more energy, clear skin and improved insulin tolerance. Living foods are alkaline and reduce acidity in the body, preventing disease.

About Sharon

Sharon Galistan is a certified raw food chef instructor and health educator.

Sharon was introduced to raw foods when she made her first raw chocolate cake in November 2009. She was surprised at how incredibly delicious it tasted, how much more nutrition it contained and with so much less the amount of calories in a baked cake plus it was easy and quick to make! Super excited, she started exploring more raw food recipes and was amazed at the endless healthy and delicious meals that could be made with maximum nutrition.

Sharon started teaching classes in Hong Kong in 2010 to share with others that raw foods is much more than just salad – there are endless recipes you can make raw that are full of flavour, taste wonderfully delicious and can even be gourmet! She is passionate about sharing the benefits of raw food and how others can experience this by just adding a few more servings of fruits and vegetables in their diets. She believes that food must be nutritious, nourishing, easy to prepare and delicious!

Sharon is a graduate of Elaina Love’s Pure Joy Culinary Academy. She moved back to Singapore in May 2012 and created Rawlicious to provide group and corporate workshops, private coaching, retreats and a one-stop for essential raw food equipment including the Sedona dehydrator and the Magimix food processor and Vitamix blender. She is excited to share the secrets to living healthy and to get others started on the path to healthy eating and vibrant living.
