Elemental Yoga | Fire

With the element of FIRE, we ignite our inner will and honour our heart’s desires to take inspired action in the world. When in balance, this element is associated with qualities of passion, determination or celebration. When out of balance, we may experience feelings of hyperactivity, apathy, weakness or overwhelm.
This is part of the Elemental Yoga Series led by Diana in which participants are invited to connect with the five elements through movement and mudras which support our meridians and to explore the relationship between the elements. Fundamental to the practice is gentleness and inner exploration – it is your practice time and an invitation to go within to rest in the home of your being.

$30 per class or $125 for five classes
Yoga mats, water, and hugs are provided! Come in comfortable clothes. If you need to change, facilities are available.
