“The moment all our senses converge, the experience becomes rich and fulfilling. We are in the moment, from which we can dive beneath the surface of this reality, into the deeper realms of inner quietness.”
In the Sensory Meditation, Claudia uses relaxing and centering oils to set the stage of a more intensive meditation. Our sense of smell bypasses the conscious brain and directly addresses the limbic system, influencing the hormonal and autonomic nervous systems. The oils enter the body immediately, allowing everyone to drift into a meditative state. Antoinette then creates a soothing and expanding tapestry of sound with Himalayan Singing Bowls. Their harmonious richness gently opens the door to an uplifting and insightful journey.
The evening ends with a stimulation of the taste buds to round up the sensory experience.
